      <description>Spanish priest dismissed after he's allegedly caught on camera performing oral sex on man
Father Francisco Javier Ruiz was replaced by Bishop of Cartagena Manuel Lorca Planes after a cyclist's helmet-cam footage emerged. The priest says it's not him in the video. Spain's Diocese of Cartagena has removed Father Francisco Javier Ruiz as pastor of a church in Murcia after he was seemingly caught on video participating acts of a sexual nature with another man in a well-known &quot;cruising area.&quot;

A Spanish priest has been removed from his job after apparently being busted on camera performing oral sex on another man.

Father Francisco Javier Ruiz was dismissed from his position in the Churra section of the city of Murcia by Bishop of Cartagena Jose Manuel Lorca Planes on Wednesday.

It came after footage emerged purportedly showing him in an erotic embrace with a pal.was captured by cyclist Alejandro Mejias' helmet-cam.

Mejias was biking on trails through the wooded area of Los Cuadros de Murcia - an area reportedly popular with dog owners - when he stumbled across the pair,

He can be clearly heard uttering a profanity on seeing the two men.

The footage, uploaded to YouTube, has been seen more than 7,000 times and spread across Facebook and Twitter, reports La Verdad.

Ruiz claims it is not him in the images and has contacted police to have the clip destroyed,

&quot;I have never been in the area and I do not recognize those images that you are describing. It is a montage,&quot; he added.

But Spanish media has widely reported that it is him in the video. A statement from the Diocesis of Cartagena said the priest had been replaced by Antonio Ballester Serrano.

Oscar-winning actor Christoph Waltz was was left shaken after a
French television interview at the Cannes Film Festival was interrupted
by gunfire.

The drama unfolded when the Django Unchained actor was being interviewed for France's Le Grand Journal at the Cannes Film Festival on Friday (May 17) when gunfire was heard.

Speaking to the Daily Mail, Waltz said: ''I was on a panel at the Studio
 Canal platform off the beach when a man produced a gun. I think it was a
 pistol and he fired but luckily for me they were blanks.

''Then he shouted he had a grenade and again luckily for me there was no grenade.

''The police have him. They tackled him to the ground. I don't know who he was or where he came from or what his problem was.''

The male suspect was arrested at the scene and police discovered he was carrying a fake grenade and a knife.

No injuries were reported and the telecast resumed a few minutes later.

	This incident follows a jewellery heist on Thursday (May 16) at the
festival during which an esitmated $1million worth of Chopard gems where

      <description>There was a touching moment before Thursday's Red Sox/Rays game, as nine-year-old Alayna Adams threw out the ceremonial first pitch at Tropicana Field and was reunited with her dad in the process. Army Lt. Col. Will Adams, who had been stationed in Afghanistan for the past year, was actually behind the plate decked out in full catcher's gear. After he caught the pitch from his daughter, he took off the mask and the surprise reunion was on.

      <description>Former General Mills CEO, and inventor of the fish stick, E Robert Kinney, has passed away, according to the company.

Martha C. White NBC News contributor

May 16, 2013 at 1:41 PM ET
Parents might not recognize E. Robert Kinney by name, but they owe him a debt of gratitude for popularizing what might be the only kind of fish their kids will eat.

The former General Mills CEO, who passed away May 2 at the age of 96, has done more to head off dinner-table standoffs with picky eaters than any parenting expert ever could.

As head of what was then called Gorton-Pew Fisheries, Kinney in the 1950s helped transform a challenging protein into a crunchy vehicle for tartar sauce kids could eat with their fingers.

The fish stick was, and remains, the ultimate starter seafood.

&quot;He did a lot of things to build the fish business and make it profitable,&quot; said Bruce Atwater, former chairman and CEO of General Mills.

Before hungry American kids turned fish sticks into a moneymaker, Gorton's had a business in Peru where it caught and dried anchovies for animal feed - a long way off, literally and figuratively, from the supermarket freezer case.

&quot;It was an important part of Gorton's business   it enabled them to put cash back into the retail business,&quot; Atwater said. Initially, fish sticks were &quot;a teeny part&quot; of Gorton's business. &quot;But Bob had the strategic sense to make money off anchovies,&quot; Atwater said. &quot;That was the kind of strategic thinker Bob was.&quot;

When General Mills bought Gorton's in 1968, fish sticks contributed what Atwater called a &quot;meaningful, but not huge&quot; proportion of the company's profits. General Mills was looking for a way into the frozen foods market at the time. Atwater, who led the acquisition team, said he was impressed by Kinney's personality as well as what became Gorton's signature product.

&quot;He's just a prototypical, state of Maine, rock-ribbed-integrity type of guy,&quot; Atwater said. &quot;Just a man of tremendous integrity and, obviously, imagination and financial sense.&quot;

Kinney rose through the ranks at General Mills, becoming president and COO in 1973, then CEO in 1977. When he retired at the end of 1981, General Mills was a $5 billion dollar business, up from $1 billion when he arrived.

General Mills sold Gorton's to Unilever in 1995, which sold it and another fish business to a Japanese seafood conglomerate in 2001 for $175 million.

Once government is ensnared in every aspect of life, a bureaucracy grows increasingly capricious. By Mark Steyn
Speaking at Ohio State University earlier this month, Barack Obama urged students to pay no attention to those paranoid types who &quot;incessantly warn of government as nothing more than some separate, sinister entity.&quot; Oddly enough, in recent days the most compelling testimony for this view of government has come from the president himself, who insists with a straight face that he had no idea that the Internal Revenue Service had spent two years targeting his political enemies until he &quot;learned about it from the same news reports that I think most people learned about this.&quot; Like you, all he knows is what he reads in the papers. Which is odd, because his Justice Department is bugging those same papers, so you'd think he'd at least get a bit of a heads-up. But no doubt the fact that he's wiretapping the Associated Press was also entirely unknown to him until he read about it in the Associated Press. There is a &quot;president of the United States&quot; and a &quot;government of the United States,&quot; but, despite a certain superficial similarity in their names, they are entirely unrelated, like Beyonc'e Knowles and Admiral Sir Charles Knowles. One golfs, reads the prompter, parties with Jay-Z, and guests on the Pimp with a Limp show, and the other audits you, bugs your telephone line, and leaks your confidential tax records. But they're two completely separate sinister entities. So it's preposterous to describe Obama as Nixonian: Beyonc'e wouldn't have given Nixon the time of day.If you believe this, there's a shovel-ready infrastructure project in Brooklyn I'd like to sell you. In April last year, the Obama campaign identified by name eight Romney donors as &quot;a group of wealthy individuals with less than reputable records. Quite a few have been on the wrong side of the law, others have made profits at the expense of so many Americans, and still others are donating to help ensure Romney puts beneficial policies in place for them.&quot; That week, Kimberley Strassel began her Wall Street Journal column thus:

Try this thought experiment: You decide to donate money to Mitt Romney. You want change in the Oval Office, so you engage in your democratic right to send a check.

Several days later, President Barack Obama, the most powerful man on the planet, singles you out by name. . . . The message from the man who controls the Justice Department (which can indict you), the SEC (which can fine you), and the IRS (which can audit you), is clear: You made a mistake donating that money.

Miss Strassel wrote that on April 26, 2012. Five weeks later, one of the named individuals, Frank VanderSloot, was informed by the IRS that he and his wife were being audited. In July, he was told by the Department of Labor of an additional audit over the guest workers on his cattle ranch in Idaho. In September, he was notified that one of his other businesses was to be audited. Mr. VanderSloot, who had never previously been audited, attracted three in the four months after being publicly named by el Presidente . More to the point he attracted that triple audit even though Miss Strassel explicitly predicted in America's biggest-selling newspaper that this was exactly what the Obama enforcers were going to do. The &quot;separate, sinister entity&quot; of the government of the United States went ahead anyway. What do they care? If some lippy broad in the papers won't quit her yapping about it, they can always audit her, too - as they did to Miss Strassel's sometime colleague Anne Hendershott, a sociology professor who got rather too interested in Obamacare and wrote about it in the Journal and various small Catholic publications. The IRS summoned Professor Hendershott to account for herself, and forbade her husband from accompanying her, even though they filed jointly. She ceased her political writing.

A year after he was named to the Obama Dishonor Roll, the feds have found nothing on Mr. VanderSloot, but they have caused him to rack up 80 grand in legal bills. This is what IRS defenders (of whom there are more than there ought to be) mean when they assure us that the system worked: Yes, some rich guy had to blow through the best part of six figures fending off the bureaucrats, but it's not like his body was found in a trunk at the airport or anything, if you know what I mean, Kimmy baby.

Mr. VanderSloot is big enough, just about, to see off the most powerful government on the planet. Most of those who've caught the eye of the IRS share nothing in common with him other than his political preferences. They're nobodies - ordinary American citizens guilty of no crime except that of disagreeing with the ruling party. Yet they were asked, under &quot;penalty of perjury,&quot; to disclose the names of books they were reading and provide the names and addresses of relatives who might be planning to run for public office - a kind of pre-enemies list. Is that banana-republic enough for you yet? Not apparently for Juan Williams, fired from NPR for thought crime a couple of years ago, but who was nevertheless energetically defending the IRS exertions on Fox News on Thursday evening.

Left-wing groups had their 501(c)(4) applications approved in weeks, right-wing groups were delayed for months and years and ordered to cough up everything from donor lists to Facebook posts, and those right-wing groups that were approved had their IRS files leaked to left-wing groups like ProPublica. The agency's commissioner, a slippery weasel called Steven Miller, conceded before Congress that this was &quot;horrible customer service&quot; - which it was in the sense that your call is important to him and may be monitored by George Soros for quality control.A civil &quot;civil service&quot; requires small government. Once government is ensnared in every aspect of life a bureaucracy grows increasingly capricious. The U.S. tax code ought to be an abomination to any free society, but the American people have become reconciled to it because of a complex web of so-called exemptions that massively empower the vast shadow state of the permanent bureaucracy. Under a simple tax system, your income is a legitimate tax issue. Under the IRS, everything is a legitimate tax issue: The books you read, the friends you recommend them to. There are no correct answers, only approved answers. Drew Ryun applied for permanent non-profit status for a group called &quot;Media Trackers&quot; in July 2011. Fifteen months later, he'd heard nothing. So he applied again under the eco-friendly name of &quot;Greenhouse Solutions,&quot; and was approved in three weeks.

The president and the IRS commissioner are unable to name any individual who took the decision to target only conservative groups. It just kinda sorta happened, and, once it had, it growed like Topsy. But the lady who headed that office, Sarah Hall Ingram, is now in charge of the IRS office for Obamacare. Many countries around the world have introduced government health systems since 1945, but, as I wrote here last year, &quot;only in America does 'health' 'care' 'reform' begin with the hiring of 16,500 new IRS agents tasked with determining whether your insurance policy merits a fine.&quot; So now not only are your books and Facebook posts legitimate tax issues but so is your hernia, and your prostate, and your erectile dysfunction. Next time round, the IRS will be able to leak your incontinence pads to George Soros.

Big Government is erecting a panopticon state - one that sees everything, and regulates everything. It's great &quot;customer service,&quot; except that you can never get out of the store.

      <description>

By MACKENZIE ELMER
DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) - When Marine Sgt. Ross Gundlachserved as a dog handler in Afghanistan, he told the yellow lab who was his constant companion that he'd look her up when he returned home.

&quot;I promised her if we made it out of alive, I'd do whatever it took to find her,&quot; Gundlach said.

On Friday, he made good on that vow with help from some sentimental state officials in Iowa who know how to pull off a surprise.

Since leaving active duty to take classes at the University of Wisconsin this summer, Gundlach, of Madison, Wis., had been seeking to adopt 4-year-old Casey.

The 25-year-old learned Casey had finished her military service and had been sent to the Iowa State Fire Marshal's Office, where she was used to detect explosives.

Gundlach wrote to State Fire Marshal Director Ray Reynolds, explaining the connection he felt with the dog. He even has a tattoo on his right forearm depicting Casey with angel wings and a halo, sitting at the foot of a Marine.

&quot;He's been putting a case together for the last two months, sending me pictures ... it just tugged on your heart,&quot; Reynolds said.

Reynolds decided to arrange a surprise. First, he got in touch with the Iowa Elk's Association, which agreed to donate $8,500 to buy another dog for the agency.

&quot;We have a motto in our association that as long as there are veterans, the Elks will strive to help them,&quot; Iowa Elks Association president Tom Maher said.

Then, Reynolds came up with a ruse to get Gundlach to Des Moines, telling Gundlach he needed to come to the state Capitol to plead his case in front of a &quot;bureaucratic oversight committee.&quot;

When Gundlach arrived with his parents, Reynolds told them the meeting had been delayed and invited them to join an Armed Services Day celebration in the rotunda. There, hundreds of law enforcement officers, military personnel and civilians were seated, keeping the secret - until they brought out Casey.

When Gundlach saw Casey, he put his head in his hands and cried. She licked his face, wagging her tail furiously.

&quot;It was a total surprise,&quot; he said. &quot;I owe her. I'll just try to give her the best life I can.&quot;

His father, Glen Gundlach, seemed just as surprised.

&quot;It's unbelievable ... the state of Iowa, I love 'em,&quot; he said.

Gov. Terry Branstad officially retired Casey from active duty during Friday's ceremony, thanking the dog for a &quot;job well done.&quot;

During the 150 missions they performed together, Gundlach said Casey never missed an explosive - she caught three before they could be detonated. He credits her for making it back home safely.

&quot;I wouldn't be here ... any kids I ever had wouldn't exist if Casey hadn't been here,&quot; he said.

      <title>Black Kids Take The Day Off After Anti-African Graffiti Found At School - [ AGOURA HILLS, CA ]</title>

      <description>Thursday morning after a racially charged graffiti incident targeting Africans was discovered on the walls of Agoura High School the black kids decided to stay home.The remarks, which included &quot;Go back 2 Africa&quot; , &quot;Niggers will pie!!!&quot; , &quot;my dad makes more than your whole family&quot; and Blacks tend to twerk the system&quot; were first spotted over the weekend, but were removed by administrators with white paint before classes Monday.

On Wednesday, the names of five black students that would be the &quot;first to die&quot; were written on a bathroom wall.

&quot;I was shocked to see my name first on the list,&quot; a student told KCAL9's Amy Johnson.

Student Danielle Desire said her boyfriend didn't come to school when he found out he was on the &quot;hit list.&quot;

&quot;It's scary to know that my boyfriend's life is at risk,&quot; she said. &quot;He's really nervous. It's scary.&quot;

Parent Jeffrey Jones said he kept his daughter at home even though she wasn't threatened.

&quot;I think the danger is here on campus. I don't want to be one of
those parents who regretted sending my daughter to school and something
goes wrong,&quot; he said.
Jones, however, went to the campus himself to look for answers.

&quot;No one called us, no one informed us of anything,&quot; he said.

Principal Larry Miser said the school eventually sent out emails to the parents Wednesday.

&quot;Looking back, looking how to better approach this, I think what took
 us a bit of time was trying to figure out exactly what we had here,&quot; he
 said.
The principal also said he's not convinced it's a racially motivated crime.

&quot;Sunday afternoon, we started getting some indication this wasn't
just simply a hate-type crime...that there may be other ulterior
motives...that it wasn't a racial thing that was going on here, but a
motivation for someone to get what they wanted. Normally we put this out
 very quickly to our people, but because of the sensitive nature of
where we were going with this, we wanted to take our time,&quot; said Misel.
Investigators said two to three suspects were caught on camera in
connection to the incident. They will now look into those images.
&quot;There is security surveillance that was videotaped and we have that
in our possession,&quot; said Capt. Patrick Davoren of the Los Angeles County
 Sheriff's Department.</description>

      <title>Public Transit Bus Runs Over 14-Year Old Boy After His Arm Gets &lt;span class=&quot;highlight&quot;&gt;Caught&lt;/span&gt; In the Door</title>

      <description>Broward County Transit released surveillance video on Tuesday from cameras that were rolling inside its bus that ran over a teen last week .

Screams can be heard inside the bus, and they get louder after 14-year-old Jerry Cunningham was run over in the 1200 block of E. Sample Road in Pompano Beach Friday morning.He is in critical
condition at Broward Health Medical Center, with fractures to his face, ribs and ankle. The teen had surgery Tuesday, said Cunningham family attorney Glen Levine.

Video taken from eight of the cameras on bus 1130 shows Cunningham running to catch the vehicle. One passenger is heard saying, &quot;You have a runner.&quot;Passenger Brian Clark said last week that the teen was stuck, as part of his arm was caught in the door.

&quot;I just saw the hand and then the kid was running sideways trying to keep (up with) the bus. Then the kid went under the bus,&quot; he said.Right after that, someone - possibly the bus driver - is heard repeatedly asking &quot;How did he get there?&quot;

That's when the calls to 911 were made. They were also released Tuesday. &quot;There's a teenage boy who was running alongside the bus, and I told the bus driver to stop and he wouldn't and the child fell under the bus,&quot; one woman said.

The driver, Reinaldo Soto, 55, is on administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation - which will undoubtedly rely heavily on the video from inside the bus. No one was home when NBC 6 went to Soto's house on Tuesday.Levine gave his thoughts on the video.

&quot;As a parent and as an attorney, it's very disturbing,&quot; he said. &quot;It looks like something that certainly is preventable if someone was using a little more care.&quot;
