'Expect Israeli strikes on Russian arms shipment to Syria-Hezbollah'U.S. officials tell The Wall Street Journal: Another round of Israeli airstrikes could target a new Russian transfer of Yakhont advanced anti-ship missiles in the near future o Russia moving more quickly than previously thought to deliver S-300 surface-to-air defense systems to Syria o CIA Director John Brennan in Israel to coordinate policy.

<<123>>U.S. officials told The Wall Street Journal on Thursday that another round of Israeli airstrikes could target a new Russian transfer of advanced anti-ship missiles in the near future. Israeli and Western intelligence services believe the Yakhont missiles, which have been sold by Russia to Syria in recent years, could be transferred to Hezbollah within days, the newspaper reported on its website Friday.

At the same time, The New York Times reported Friday that the Yakhont missiles have already been delivered to Syria's armed forces. Israel has repeatedly reinforced, with words and actions, its stated red line: that it will not allow the transfer of "game-changing" weaponry to Islamic terror groups such as Hezbollah. Israel has also relayed messages that it is not seeking a confrontation with Syrian President Bashar al-Assad's forces, but will act against transfers of weaponry through his territory.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's last-minute trip to Russia on Tuesday apparently did not change the Russians' intentions to also deliver the advanced S-300 anti-aircraft missile system to Syria. According to the Journal, U.S. officials believe that Russia is moving more quickly than previously thought to deliver S-300 surface-to-air defense systems to Syria. U.S. officials told the paper that the S-300 system, which is capable of shooting down guided missiles and could make it more risky for any warplanes to enter Syrian airspace, could leave Russia for Syrian port of Tartus by the end of May.

Together, the S-300 anti-aircraft and anti-missile system, and the Yakhont anti-ship system, would pose a formidable threat to any outside intervention in Syria, based on the international Libya model. The anti-ship missiles would be a serious threat to the Israeli navy, as well as the facilities above Israel's newfound underwater gas reserves. The S-300 could threaten Israeli military and civilian aircraft flying Israeli airspace, and not just over Lebanese and Syrian airspace.

The Wall Street Journal reported that Russia has sent a dozen or more warships to patrol waters near its naval base in Syria, a buildup that U.S. and European officials see as a newly aggressive stance meant partly to warn the West and Israel not to intervene in Syria's bloody civil war. Russia's expanded presence in the eastern Mediterranean, which began attracting U.S. officials' notice three months ago, represents one of its largest sustained naval deployments since the Cold War, according to the Journal.

The paper reported that Russia currently has 11 ships in the eastern Mediterranean, organized into three taskforces, including destroyers, frigates, support vessels and intelligence-collecting ships. Another three-ship group of amphibious vessels is headed to the region. Russia's navy chief confirmed that warships from Russia's Pacific Fleet had entered the Mediterranean for the first time in decades, and that the taskforce might be reinforced with nuclear submarines, as the country starts building up a permanent fleet in the region. The group includes the destroyer Admiral Panteleyev, two amphibious warfare ships called Peresvet and Admiral Nevelskoi, and a tanker and a tugboat.

"The taskforce has successfully passed through the Suez Canal and entered the Mediterranean. It is the first time in decades that Pacific Fleet warships have entered this region," Pacific Fleet spokesman Capt. 1st Rank Roman Martov told RIA.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov meanwhile told Lebanese TV station al-Mayadeen on Thursday that Moscow had not backed down from its contract to supply S-300 systems to Syria.

"We are not signing any new contracts, but we will complete the old ones, especially with regards to aerial defense systems," Lavrov said. In what could be perceived as a message to Israel, he said, "Those that aren't planning on acting aggressively against sovereign nations should not have any reason to fear this."

The unofficial response from Israeli government officials to Lavrov's statements amounted to saying that actions will be the deciding factor and not declarations. A senior government official noted that the deal between Russia and Syria had been signed in 2010 and was delayed multiple times, despite numerous Russian statements that it would be carried out.

"We relayed the message . Bringing weapons to Syria destabilizes the area and carries the risk of seeing them transferred to Hezbollah," a government official said.

In a sign of the growing tension in the region, CIA Director John Brennan arrived in Israel Thursday and met with the top officials in Israel's defense establishment, with a central focus on the developments in Syria. It was Brennan's first trip to Israel since assuming his position two months ago. The CIA chief went straight into a meeting in Tel Aviv with Defense Minister Moshe Ya'alon, a senior Israeli official told AFP.

Channel 10 TV said that Ya'alon reaffirmed during the talks that Israel "will not permit the transfer of weapons" from Syria to Hezbollah in Lebanon. According to local press reports, Brennan's visit is aimed at coordinating U.S. and Israeli positions over the escalating crisis in Syria, specifically as international diplomatic momentum between the U.S. and Russia gathers for a peaceful resolution to the crisis.

According to the reports, the U.S. is concerned that Israel will act independently to strike any advanced arms shipments in Syria it believes may be headed to Hezbollah, potentially scuttling the international diplomatic maneuvering.

Homeland Security guidelines advise deference to pro-Shariah Muslim supremacists

by Charles C. Johnson
The Department of Homeland Security, which under Secretary Janet Napolitano has shown a keen interest in monitoring and warning about outspoken conservatives, takes a very different approach in monitoring political Islamists, according to a 2011 memo on protecting the free speech rights of pro-Shariah Muslim supremacists.

In a checklist obtained by The Daily Caller entitled "Countering Violent Extremism Dos and Don'ts" the DHS's Office of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties notifies local and national law enforcement officials that it is Obama administration policy to consider specifically Islamic criticism of the American system of government legitimate.

This policy stands in stark contrast to the DHS Office of Intelligence and Analysis' 2009 memo "Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment" , which warned of the dangers posed by pro-life advocates, critics of same-sex marriage and groups concerned with abiding by the U.S. Constitution, among others.

The advice of the Dos and Don'ts list is far more conciliatory. "Don't use training that equates radical thought, religious expression, freedom to protest, or other constitutionally-protected activity, including disliking the U.S. government without being violent," the manual's authors write in a section on training being "sensitive to constitutional values."

The manual, which was produced by an inter-agency working group from DHS and the National Counterterrorism Center, advises, "Trainers who equate the desire for Sharia law with criminal activity violate basic tenets of the First Amendment."

The Homeland Security document also seems to discount evidence unearthed by the Justice Department about the aims of some mainstream Muslim organizations, warning law enforcement not to rely on "unsubstantiated theories" and "conspiracies," such as the belief that "many mainstream Muslim organizations have terrorist ties" or are "fronts for Islamic political organizations whose true desire is to establish Sharia law in America."
The checklist also advised against using moderate Muslim "trainers who are self-professed 'Muslim reformers'" because they "may further an interest group agenda instead of delivering generally accepted, unbiased information."

The manual advises trainees not to assume Muslim Americans are "using democratic processes, like litigation and free speech, to subvert democracy and install Sharia law."

In fact, the Justice Department proved that some very prominent Muslim organizations do have terror ties in a 2009 case and that they share the Muslim Brotherhood's goal of Shariah law. "The government has produced ample evidence to establish the associations of CAIR , ISNA , NAIT , with the Islamic Association for Palestine, and with Hamas," U.S. District Court Judge Jorge Solis said in the July 1, 2009 ruling.

Tim Clemente, a former FBI agent who hunted Anwar Al-Awlaki and who has worked with Muslims to help stop terrorist plots, told The Daily Caller the government overdoes its sensitivity. Clemente says that the Muslim community "needs a realization, not necessarily a reformation," that only it can stop terrorist attacks.

"Muslims are the ones that should notice this and should nip it in the bud," Clemente told TheDC. "When you see the guy radicalizing and yelling at an imam, do more. Take it to the next level. Don't go turning a blind eye."

"While it is true that the vast majority of Muslims, especially in America, will never ever be radicalized, the greatest percentage of those that will commit terrorist acts happen to Muslim," continued Clemente, who was critical of DHS's 2009 report on rightwing groups.

Although the two reports originated from different wings of Napolitano's vast Homeland Security bureaucracy, the contrast in their deference to constitutional rights and presumption of innocence is striking.

The "Rightwing Extremism" report warned that the economic recession, Barack Obama's election, and the "return of military veterans facing significant challenges reintegrating" might lead to a rise in white-power domestic terrorist activity - a threat that, unlike the threat posted by radical Islam, has failed to materialize in the four years since the report was issued.

The 2009 report also defined "rightwing extremism in the United States" as including not just racist or hate groups, but also those who reject federal authority in favor of state or local authority and who "are dedicated to a single issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration."

The 2009 report's authors conceded that DHS "has no specific information that domestic rightwing terrorists are currently planning acts of violence."

UPDATED: IRS tax exemption/Obamacare exec got $103,390 in bonuses; Did Obama OK them?

Mark Tapscott
Sarah Hall Ingram, the IRS executive in charge of the tax exempt division in 2010 when it began targeting conservative Tea Party, evangelical and pro-Israel groups for harassment, got more than $100,000 in bonuses between 2009 and 2012.

More recently, Ingram was promoted to serve as director of the tax agency's Obamacare program office, a position that put her in charge of the vast expansion of the IRS' regulatory power and staffing in connection with federal health care, ABC reported earlier today .

Ingram received a $7,000 bonus in 2009, according to data obtained by The Washington Examiner from the IRS, then a $34,440 bonus in 2010, $35,400 in 2011 and $26,550 last year, for a total of $103,390. Her annual salary went from $172,500 to $177,000 during the same period.

The 2010, 2011 and 2012 bonuses were awarded during the period when IRS harassment of the conservative groups was most intense. The newspaper obtained the data via a Freedom of Information Act request.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., described the Ingram awards as "stunning, just stunning."

Bonuses as large as those awarded to Ingram typically require presidential approval, according to federal personnel regulations.

High-ranking career federal civil servants like Ingram are eligible for recognition through citations known as Distinguished and Merit Service awards that can carry with them cash bonuses of anywhere from five to 35 percent of their base salary.

The largest of such awards, however, require presidential approval, according to the Office of Personnel Management, which oversees the federal civil service workforce.

"If the recommended award is over $25,000, the Director of OPM reviews the nomination and forwards his/her recommendation to the President for approval," according to the OPM guidance.

A key point on OPM's "checklist" for federal bosses considering an employee for such a bonus is making sure that "the proposed award recipient has not been involved in any action or activity that could cause the President embarrassment ..."

Ingram has some history as a government lawyer receiving controversial bonuses. According to The Washington Post , she received a $47,900 bonus for distinguished service in 2004 from President George W. Bush.

Earlier Thursday , The Washington Examiner reported that the IRS paid out more than $92 million in bonuses during the four-year period of Ingram's awards to her and nearly 17,000 other agency employees. Those bonuses averaged more than $5,500 per employee.

Go here for a spreadsheet of the salary and bonus data for IRS employees getting bonuses between 2009 and 2012.

Mark Tapscott is executive editor of The Washington Examiner.

If you open the link, and scroll to the bottom, you'll see a huge table of those IRS agents who have "received" bonuses

Ok Guys My You tube account Was banned (Many Snackbars report me) so I lost all my subscriptions and favorites however I make this new informative post who can answered many question

MY ENGLISH IS A FUCKING BAD I KNOW SO YOU NO NEED TO COME HERE TO SAID WHO EVERYONE SEE.

Israel

*Israel got at the moment the better military Force in the Middle East US share their better System and technology with Israel

*Israel Arrow 3 Is a project at the moment not ready yet

*The best Air Defense in the Middle is the Israel Air defense

*Israel can Strike Very Easy Iran with Ballistic Missiles Iran no got a good Anti Missile shield

*Israel Aid the Ayatollahs during the Iran Iraq war but Romance over

*Israel can shot down Syrian Airacraft into Syria Air Space - Syria can do the Same into Israel Air Space

*At the military point the only winner in the Syrian conflict is Israel and the Terrorist Al Qaeda.. so the Snackbars destroying the Syrian Military capabilities and Will be make very easy if Israel decided bombing Syria all the fucking time killing Child with White Phosphorus like Zionists do all the Time in Gaza (THAT IS WHY I WANT DEATH ALL THESE SNACKBARS BASTARDS)

*Israel got many good large force form good Logistical vehicles

*Israel Armour - Mechanized is are very good and well updated

*IAF is the first Air force from the Middle East very modern

*IAF got the capacity from bombing Iran the problems is the Route.

*Israel have nuclear weapons but are inactive (80)

*Jericho 1, Jericho 2, Jericho 3 and can carried nuclear head Israel can delete Tehran from the Map and any other Middle east City if they wish the range from Jericho 3 is huge

*If Israel know Iran is close to got nuclear weapons they will be destroyed the Iranians installations with the Ballistic Missiles.

*The Middle East countries who are a Nuclear Threat Are Israel and Pakistan

*Israel links with Al Qaeda terrorists in Syria must be exists.

*Israel is a very moderns Military force in a pretty Small territory to defend it make easy the Early Warning

Syria

*After Israel the Second country with better military capabilities is Syria (In 2011) so After more than two years the fucking Zionists Snackbars doing damage is unclear what is the real Syrian Army force now.

*The Map of the SyAD not included Pantsir-S1 this map is from 2007-2009 Syria get Pantsir-S1 in 2010.

*After the Lasted IAF strike inside Syria Is totally stupid the Snackbar theory who claim "Israel Assad Protector" If Israel decided Help Assad all Snackbars die in just days - Israel Working VERY HARD in HELP Al Qaeda in Syria.

*The 50% Of the Syrian tank are a fucking old using during the Yom Kippur War but part of that is well outdated

*The Damage from the Syrian Armor structure after two years is around 850 - 900 Tanks / APC /IFV combat vehicles destroyed / Captured it is less than the 15% of the Syrian Armor force - Probability Russia will be replace it soon for more moderns military vehicles. http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=8ec_1366502995

*Syrians APCs are outdated.

*The Israel Attack on the "Syrian Nuclear Reactor" is a Zionist bullshit without any Serious evidence http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=544_1368545767

*Syrians IFVs force is more decent than the APCs force but outdated too (Most Part).

*For Snackbars is impossible win they only can Win if NATO move in

*Most Syrian Air force is Still obsolete compared with Israel, Israel ask Russia many times for no sold Advanced planes to Syria

*SyAF got very good and solid ground attack capabilities.

*SyAF Losses 100% Confirmed are less than 12 War Planes.

*Arab Saudi got a long Range of Chinese Missiles this worried more Syria than Israel Missiles that is probability Syria are working on do a Anti Ballistic Missile Shield like Israel got now.

*Syrian Army is in rebuild up phase if the Situation no change the "War" must be over in April 2014.

*Syria got the Military capacity for attack Israel and can do high Damage however if Syria do It NATO will be move to Syria that is because Israel do a lot provocation every the time

*The more large range Syrian missile is the Scud D with 700km of range

*NATO can nuke Syria in a fews Hours - Not Surprise the Only NATO "Equivalent" is Russia

*Syria can hit with Ballistic Missiles the Al Qaeda bases in Turkey that is Why NATO deployed Patriots in the Turkey Border just for saving Al Qaeda Ass

*Syria need replace some oldies weapons for news elements.

Iran

*Iranian military capabilities (Air Force - Army) are poor Saddam destroyed the most part of the Ayatollahs Air Force - Army.

*During the gulf war part of the Saddam Air Force defected to Iran but Iran got a UN Weapon embargo the quantity of Iranian combat planes operatives are less than 100 according some reports.

*Iran at the CONVENTIONAL military point can't help Assad too much it is a Myth of the Zionist - Iran Only can send medicines - some individual equipment thinks like that but nothing "Stronger"

*The conventional military capabilities from Iran are Worts during the Sha Era

*Iran got a decent infantry force well equipped

*The Ballistic Missile capabilities from Iran are unclear

*Iranians doing Photoshops in their Ballistics Missile tests

*Iranian Zulfiqar Tanks are just a local updated from oldies Americans tanks using during the Vietnam War.

*Iranians Made good medium Range Ballistic Missiles

*The capacity from Iran to attack Israel is nothing Israel Shield can intercept all the fews Iranians missiles

*The "5o Generation Stealth" Iranian plane is a laughable bullshit only Russia and US can do it China no made one 100% 5o Generation Stealth plane working yet.

*Iranian navy is large but NATO beat is so easy

*Iranians got a medium military industry who can be better soon it worried Israel

*Iranians got a nuclear program and build a nuclear plan with Russian Assistance

*Iranians got nothing for Stooped the Israel Ballistic Missiles

*Iran Navy is very large and a bit decent but NATO can destroyed it very easy.

Others countries:

Jordan Small but decent Army / Air force

Iraq Very good Army Well Equipped by the Americans - But no got a Combat Air Force yet however the transport and logistic capabilities is decent - They also get Saddam Era Equipment (In 1991 Saddam Was able to delete Israel from the Map) that is the basic Reason because US decided killed him plus 500k of Sunni Muslims who support him.

Lebanon Decent army with good infantry but in a total submission with Israel in 2006 Israel bombing AT LEAST more than 500 times the Lebanese territory killed many civilians - The Two Times who Israel bombing Syria this years they used the Lebanese Air Space - Lebanese must be hate Israel a lot If you bombing my Dear Mongolia 500+ Times I will be hate you a lot too

Egypt Egyptians got a large very good military force Equipped by Second Hand US Weapons Egyptians got ballistic missile capabilities according with my info more long range Egyptian Missile is just the scud B

Arab Saudi Is the country who wasted more money in weapons in all the fucking middle East their military hardwares are very moderns From EU and US many weapons from Al Qaeda in Syria come from Arab Saudi - After Israel Arab Saudi is the Most important allied from US in the Middle East Saudi Got a very dangerous small quantity from long range Chinese Missiles

I can do mistakes in some elements but you Experts can fixed it with you comments LOL

Russian Pacific Fleet Warships Enter Mediterranean For First Time In Decades, To Park In Cyprus

Earlier we reported that the US has now officially landed a Marine force in Israel as well as an assault ship, in a visit that the US Navy promptly assured "is not associated with, nor a reaction to, any world events." It seems we were not the only ones who read this justification somewhat skeptically: so did Russia. And in a historic event, the Russian Pacific fleet, for the first time in decades, crossed the Suez Canal and entered the Mediterranean, direction Cyprus' port of Limasol (hi Cyprus - Russia will be arriving shortly) in what is now the loudest implied warning to the US and Israel amassing military units across Syria's border that Russia will not stand idly by as Syria is used by the Israeli "Defense" Forces for target practice. "The task force has successfully passed through the Suez Channel and entered the Mediterranean. It is the first time in decades that Pacific Fleet warships enter this region," Capt. First Rank Roman Martov said. This is what is also known as dropping hints, loud and clear.

The group, including the destroyer Admiral Panteleyev, the amphibious warfare ships Peresvet and Admiral Nevelskoi, the tanker Pechenga and the salvage/rescue tug Fotiy Krylov left the port of Vladivostok on March 19 to join Russia's Mediterranean task force.

Admiral Panteleyev destroyer

Admiral Nevelskoi

The task force currently includes the large anti-submarine ship Severomorsk, the frigate Yaroslav Mudry, the salvage/rescue tugs Altai and SB-921 and the tanker Lena from the Northern and Baltic Fleets, as well as the Ropucha-II Class landing ship Azov from the Black Sea Fleet. The task force may be enlarged to include nuclear submarines, Navy Commander Admiral Viktor Chirkov said last Sunday.

Shore leave for a whole lot of submarines just a few hundred kilometers from Syria? Surely.

From Rian:

"The task force has successfully passed through the Suez Channel and entered the Mediterranean. It is the first time in decades that Pacific Fleet warships enter this region," Capt. First Rank Roman Martov said.

The Defense Ministry said in April Russia has begun setting up a naval task force in the Mediterranean, sending several warships from the Pacific Fleet to the region. Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said in March a permanent naval task force in the Mediterranean was needed to defend Russia's interests in the region.

A senior Defense Ministry official said the Mediterranean task force's command and control agencies will be based either in Novorossiysk, Russia, or in Sevastopol, Ukraine.

Admiral Vladimir Komoyedov, head of the parliamentary defense committee, previously told RIA Novosti that the Mediterranean task force should be comprised of 10 warships and support vessels as part of several tactical groups tasked with attack, antisubmarine warfare and minesweeping.

The Soviet Union maintained its 5th Mediterranean Squadron from 1967 until 1992. It was formed to counter the US Navy's 6th Fleet during the Cold War, and consisted of 30-50 warships and auxiliary vessels. It appears that the squadron is being reincarnated and quite rapidly at that.

It also appears that the two key naval forces in the Mediterranean are finally starting to position themselves for what may soon be a face off.

Hopefully Europe's "anti-manipulation" task force can spook enough majors to push the price of Brent much lower before the moment such an escalation becomes reality.

P.S. Got oil?
