      Nice try. Learn how the government works, and what a President can and cannot do without Congressional approval. Did Reagan declare war on Grenada? Bush Sr. on Panama?

      Also keep in mind that we have certain obligations to NATO. Something we mainly created, and support. Libya was a NATO action. As was Bosnia, and Kosovo.
