More hypocrisy..... What about Larry Craig and David Vitter?
That's not the worst of it.... the US is quite used to this from the right.... but to focus on THIS? Yeah lets spend time and money finding out who Massa snorkled over the last 20 years.... It's funny, I guess they're going to make him pay for putting their Fox spokesman in an awkward situation.
He RESIGNED! The Republicanfants need to get over it and the Democrats need to PASS THE HC BILL!
UPDATE 2:00 p.m. The House of Representatives voted almost unanimously to order the ethics committee to re-open its investigation of Eric Massa. Roll Call reports that the House is directing the committee to "determine when Democratic leadership and their staffs learned of the accusations and their responses."
House Republican Leader John Boehner (R-Ohio) plans to introduce a resolution on Thursday directing the House Ethics Committee to re-open an ethics investigation of ex-Congressman Eric Massa, who resigned this week amid sexual harassment allegations.
According to the Washington Post, the resolution will request that the committee "fully investigate what House Democratic leaders and members of their respective staffs knew prior to March 3, 2010 regarding the allegations concerning former Rep. Eric Massa, and what actions each leader and staffer took after learning of the allegations. The resolution directs the committee to report its findings and recommendations no later than June 30, 2010."
According to the Daily Caller's Jon Ward, Boehner said: "The American people have every right to expct that their members are held to the highest ethical standards."
The Post reported on Wednesday that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's office was informed of inappropriate conduct on Massa's part as early as last October.
