Para-sailing Accident in 75mph Winds during Florida Hurricane
South Florida - I think these guys get strapped onto the sail pretty securely otherwise I don't see how this could happen.

It's not parasailing and this is a 2-3 year old video .its kite surfing and it happened on fort lauderdale beach , the video was shown on CNN .kite surfers love the strong winds and they go out in storms here in florida
