This didn't happen in Madrid, was in Seville, in the most troubled guetho "Las Vegas de las 3000". The patrols in the video aren't GUARDIA CIVIL, they're the POLICIA NACIONAL (State police).

@pajarito1973 Thank you for clarification of the details of the video. I was not sure of location so I always include the capitol city. It was difficult to tell considering that its in BW so I decided they were GC. Lets face with the ammount of seperate police forces in Spain its an easy error to make.Thanks.
