I had to set a house rule years ago that my kids were not allowed to start prepping for Halloween until October 1. Otherwise, they'd be hanging a ghost in the yard on July 5.

LoL!! My parents use to take away the right for me to rake the yard and use the pumpkin garbage bags to fill with leaves! The funny thing is how upset I used to. Be that I can't fill the pumpkin bags with leaves and put them in the front yard!! Lol

Funny , he was just looking out for mom! LOL! kids.
We were on a family trip and we had stopped in Jamestown North Dakota.
We would always stop along the highway to read the historical placards and see the tourists traps.
There was a giant statue of a Buffalo , it must have been about twenty feet tall , if it was an inch , and it was anatomically correct , it must have had a set of gonads the size of a basketballs.
I must have been about 8 years old.

yeah, his first pair got stolen from a school I promptly took him out of, and we just got the same ones again... he wanted to have a diff style because they gave him sad memories, but I encouraged him to erase the sad memories and replace them with new fresh memories, happy ones, and we got the same pair again :o)

@fuchajen Well, you would not be able to pull them off anyways :P. And yes they were very cool. What kind did you have? I have one that is similar to Logan's except the colors are purple and black and it does not have the checkered pattern in the front.
