      Missouri is an "Anomalous Open Carry State" which means there are some requirements involved with open carry and one of of those is "produce valid form of identification when requested by any member of law enforcement"

      Nobody is challenging this fucking douchbag's right to open carry, but those dumbass cops should've at least ensured that he wasn't prohibited from lawfully owning (let alone carrying) a firearm...

      certain states have certain requirements and one in almost every single state regarding open carry is you are required to carry and to hand over identification if so asked by law enforcement, there are only a handful of states that don't.

California had an open carry law, but when Black folks starting carrying legally acquired guns. the laws were quickly changed. A police state can only exist if the police are the only armed entity.
