Supermodel Fabio suffered a cut on his nose when a bird hit him in the face as he rode the opening run of the Apollo's Chariot Roller Coaster at Busch Garden's in Virginia. This happened in 1999. The Roller Coaster was ok.

Seriously, that's just bad luck. But I lost respect totally when he sued the owners of the roller-coaster, claiming they'd irresponsibly erected it in the flight path of the geese. That's just being a whiner and/or a grasping sue-happy opportunist.
