A guy with Tourette's syndrome sings Karaoke. He is part of a group of people with Tourette's who perform Karaoke for fun. They have their own website as well.

NOTE: I posted this to show this gentleman's courage in performing in front of an audience and the fact that he is doing what he enjoys no matter what the obstacles or the opinions of others. I didn't post it as fodder for idiotic jokes or comments.
