Vandals upset at the genuine prospect of peace in Syria set up a road block with burning tyres and chant their support for the "Free Syrian Army". However, their provocation does not draw a security response, presumably making them doubly upset. The residents do not like these provocations which disrupt their daily lives. This is uncivilised, illegal for good reason and not dialogue.
