  • Even if this was true, the fact is that Barak Obama was born an American citizen. On his mothers side. Check out Article two, Section one, Paragraph five of the US constitution. End of story.

      You really do need to study American history before making simplistic QED statements that aren't factual.

      The eligibility clause is one of the most contentious and unresolved issues of our Constitution. It rarely comes up, but when it does, it's always an argument.

      It came up with McCain. Born in the Panama Canal Zone to U.S. citizens. It was finally decided that because the Zone was U.S. territory at the time, he was eligible.

      Check, but it would also invalidate his entire term. We would have to consider reversing everything he did, Supreme Court appointments, Obamacare, etc. It would be an unprecedented upheaval.

      Also, justice would demand he be imprisoned for treason.

    He is the sitting president so any document he wants doctored to suit him will happen. He has hundreds of specialists who are able to fake documants that are better than the originals/.
