So, it seems like on May 25th, a video was posted (link provided below, warning, graphic) of a man being murdered, and much much worse (necrophilia, cannibalism). A few days later, an online community named the man in the video as Luka Magnotta, a man who killed kittens online.

Since these murders, a left foot and left hand have been mailed via Canada Post to the Conservative HQ and the Liberal Party HQ. It seems like this would be the body parts of the man seen in this video.

Seems like the online community pieced this one together long before the police did!
This man MUST be found, we can't let people like this run free.

Montreal police are looking for Luka Rocco Magnotta in connection with the delivery of a human left foot to the Conservative Party of Canada headquarters in Ottawa and the discoveryof body parts found in Ottawa and Montreal.

Police said Magnotta, 29, also known as Eric Clinton Newman, is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant and police are asking for the public's help to find him.

Police said Magnotta knew the victim whose torso was found in Montreal on Tuesday.

Police said the suspect is not known to have a criminal background.

The discovery of the torso is believed to be linked to the discovery of the foot sent the Conservative headquarters and a left hand found at a Canada Post terminal.

Second package addressed to Liberal PartyCBC News has also learned that the second package was addressed to the Liberal Party of Canada headquarters.

Police are looking for Luka Rocco Magnotta in connected with the discovery of body parts in Ottawa and Montreal.Sources also told the CBC's Evan Solomon that police have evidence of the suspect filming the killing and dismembering of the victim.

The hand and foot mailed to Ottawa were sent from a fake Montreal address, police said. Police also said there were other body parts sent by mail that they are still investigating.

The hand and foot are undergoing testing at a Toronto forensics laboratory but could now be moved to Montreal, police said. The torso, which police said is from a Caucasian man's body, is undergoing tests in Montreal.

A hand and foot were also found at the same location where the torso was found. Police have not positively identified the victim.

'Horrible' crime sceneMontreal police Cmdr. Ian Lafrenière described the scene of the alleged crime as "horrible" but said investigators would be releasing few details for now.

"The most important thing for us is to nab the suspect, and to make sure we don't jeopardize a future trial. I'd have a lot of trouble, as a father, to sleep if that happened."

Foot sent via Canada PostThe left foot was discovered Tuesday after Ottawa police were called to the Conservative Party of Canada headquarters at 130 Albert St.

A party spokesman told CBC News the package was brought to Prime Minister Stephen Harper's campaign manager Jenni Byrne. She examined the package after it was opened, he said, but called police when she saw the blood and smelled the odour.

"Conservative Party staff are very upset and disturbed by what happened yesterday. It was such a horrible odour I'm sure many of us will never forget it," said Fred DeLorey, director of communications for the party.

The hazardous materials unit was called in and the coroner soon confirmed the package contained a human foot that was somewhat decomposed.

While investigating the foot, police found a second body part in a package at a Canada Post terminal at Riverside and Alta Vista drives in south Ottawa.

Major Crimes Staff Sgt. Bruce Pirt said the foot was delivered through Canada Post and conceded it is possible it was sent as a "gruesome message".

The foot was decomposing, Pirt added, but he would not say whether the foot belonged to a male or female.

Public safety minister reactsThe grisly discoveries in Ottawa and Montreal continued to garner reaction on Parliament Hill Wednesday as questions surround the circumstances of the body parts.

Vic Toews would not comment on the body parts as a security issue. He said it is a municipal police investigation. Liberal MP Justin Trudeau also commented by saying "there's someone sick out there." He also said constituents in his Montreal riding of Papineau are worried about their safety.
