We do look after the less fortunate. Nobody can be turned away from an ER. Before Obamacare, a factory worker with cancer got the same treatment as a congressman or CEO with the same cancer. After Obamacare, it will be a two tiered system, and the factory worker will be subject to rationing of care while the congressman and CEO will still get the best of care.

so ultimately it's not about getting healthcare, just an underhanded way of taxing our income even more.
my guess is there will be some insurance companies that will be offering a minute coverage for individuals to satisfy the government requirements /avoid the penalties but this coverage will be worthless and will require really high deductibles with every doctor visit.
