  • This was a great video. The people were awesome down to earth red blooded Americans and the interviewers seemed 100% sincere. Great attitudes all around. And if I didn't see it on Liveleak I wouldn't have seen it.

  • My first post on Live Leak !! I've been here for many months, but had to finally register so I could comment on this video.
Thank-you for uploading this which shows the true nature of Americans, Canadians included. 95% of folks are great people, but unfortunately the rest of the world only sees the 5% that make us look like animals. I'm sure the rest of the world falls into this same good/bad ratio, and the mainstream media doesn't help. Keep these great videos comming !!

  • Texas has a lot of great small towns like this, I'm sure all of the States do. My friends from NZ drove around Texas visiting a lot of rural towns and received a really warm reception. For you city folk and foreigners...you may not agree with the religious/political/social views of a lot of these small town people, but trust me on this, you'd be hard pressed to find more down to earth, friendly, hospitable people than small town Texans. I know from experience.

  • I think I had misjudged Texas. I would perfectly thrive there, in a small place like that. What a bunch of great people!

  • Looks like one of those scary little towns in a movie based on a Steven King book.

  • Cool vid.
That town looked a little bit like a ghost town but the people seemed warm and genuine. Reminds me of some of our little country towns in Queensland.

  • Nice to see 'REAL' people and not the usual fucktard lying politicians, corrupt police or lying media etc etc... was going to say 'chavs' too but I don't know what you call them in the US.

Nice change from 'reality' TV too...

Last time I went to the USA was 2000 and I went to Mifflinburg and Lewisburg PA to visit friends and the streets were never empty like that. Quiet town or just people with no money/moved away?
