The video shows suspect Robert Brown opening fire on Officer Brian Miller after initially being pulled over for a broken taillight.

The two exchanged more than 40 shots, with Officer Miller striking Brown in each arm. Several nearby homes and cars were also hit by stray bullets.

Brown eventually threw down his gun, but still refused to follow police commands. He was finally taken into custody after being hit by a stun gun.
