There is plenty of video from when Dalia Dippolito meets with an undercover cop she thinks is a hit man.

"I just need to make sure everything is going to be taken care of," she tells him.

Dippolito is seen on tape smiling, cracking jokes and, at times, nervously looking around as she discusses the best day for the supposed hit man to shoot her husband.

"Around 6:30, 7:00, he always walks the dog across over where the lake is and our door is always unlocked," she said on tape.

During more than ten hours of undercover police video and phone calls- Dippolito is seen giving the undercover officer $12 hundred as a down payment for the murder- and showing him pictures of what her husband looks like.

"Nobody is going to point a finger at me," she told him.

Michael Dippolito's attorney says the videos prove she was determined to kill her husband for his money.

"She tried to have him killed more than once," attorney Jason Brody said. "The whole time it's been about the money."

And if there was ever a case with enough evidence stacked up against someone, attorneys say this is it.

In Dippolito's own words, she is heard telling the undercover office she is dead serious she wants to go through with the murder.

"There's no changing my mind," she said. "I'm ready. I'm positive. I'm five thousand percent sure."

While the state attorney's office builds its case, Dippolito remains on house arrest, living with her parents in their Boynton Beach home.
