Police try to arrest drug dealer in his car, but things go wrong
The grey car ahead is that of a drug trafficker on his way to buy a large amount of drug. The cameraman is in a car of the french police drug squad, followed by another police car. The police captain (on the right in the cameraman's car) decides to intervene at a red light, but things don't go quite as expected. They didn't catch him later on.

did you notice something about how the French Police handled that???
They DID NOT open fire IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA, like crazy men, like USA COPS would have done.
EXCELLENT field training, DO NOT PUT THE PUBLIC in danger when there is NOT a true threat.
So the van drove away, no police were in front of it so none of them were truly in fear for their lives.

@AgeOfStrife I went back and doublechecked, there is nobody next to the car as the man backs up and begins ramming. Clean shot through the window (at approximately 24 seconds) with 0 probability of hitting anyone from what I could see.
Instead, the cops choked, and the car careens down the pavement towards the woman with her baby carriage. Thankfully the guy swerved, but its an excellent example of how failing to act can endanger others down the road (no pun intended).

@AgeOfStrife Nobody disagrees with the fact that France played a crucial role in the shaping of the United States during its beginning century or so.
That being said, France has since become a cess pool of incompetence, pacifism, and utter disregard for patriotism. I can only hope that the people of once a great nation can someday better themselves.
