According to Miami-Dade police, 47-year old Justo Rodriguez, a truck driver for Maxtrans trucking company, was pumping gas around 5:30 a.m. Wednesday when he was shot in an apparent robbery attempt. Rodriguez was talking to gas station employee, Javier Garcia, 33, when the suspect walked up to them both, pointed a long barreled dark color revolver at them and demanded money. Both Garcia and Rodriguez ran from the gunman, who fired and struck Rodriguez in the leg.
