Illinois state Rep. Dan Beiser, D-Alton, is sponsoring a bill to make unauthorized movement of a corpse a felony.
Gibbons said a law prohibiting sex with a corpse is needed out of respect for
the dead. He said he has been told there was one such case in the county many
years ago that could not be prosecuted for lack of such a law.
Beiser's legislation is House Bill 5122.
"The bill would exempt emergency responders, physicians, medical students, funeral directors and employees of coroners' or medical examiners' offices..."

Why should this shock anyone? We are living in an age where anything goes, and if there's a law currently against it, that law is unjust. Give it a few years, and incest, zoophilia, child/adult, and the other twisted perversions will go mainstream. You can already see evidence of this in advertising, music, movies, and the Net.
Bottom line: our society has become morally bankrupt, which is fitting, since we're in the same boat financially.

Many states don't have a necro law but are starting to enact one.
