New I.D. requrements leve many foreigners traped in Palestine
The U.S. president will meet for high level talks in New York with the leaders of the Palestinian Authority and Israel.
It comes as foreigners married to Palestinians have found themselves trapped under new Israeli regulations that force them to obtain Palestinian IDs.
It makes it tougher to leave the region and many blame Barack Obama for not effecting change in the Middle East.
