Iraqi citizens killed by IED

Multi-National Division – North PAO
TIKRIT, Iraq – While conducting routine operations in the Salah ad Din province, just south of Samarra Jan 21, Coalition forces responded to an IED detonation near their location.
Explosive Ordnance Disposal personnel responded to investigate the area and found a local citizen’s vehicle overturned. They discovered two local citizens dead and four others wounded.
The four wounded Iraqis were evacuated by Coalition Forces to Logistics Support Area Anaconda for further medical treatment.
