Records needed in the criminal prosecution of Planned
Parenthood of Kansas Mid-Missouri have mysteriously disappeared,
delaying the trial.
On Friday prosecutors asked for and received a two-week delay in the start
of the trial involving 107 charges against the abortion-provider --
because the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) destroyed
the very records needed to prosecute Planned Parenthood. Mary Kay Culp,
executive director of Kansans for Life, attended the hearing.
