Fisk was in Daraya and talked to people and it seems that most of the victims were killed by FSA. Here's the story:

As Robert Fisk has pointed out the massacre at Daraya was the FSA killing hostages prior to 'tactical withdrawal' - they also killed many citizens in the street with random shooting.
