@BruceWayne You've got to use a video editing program. I would recommend one of two:
1. Adobe Premiere Elements
2. Roxio Creator NXT
Out of the two I like Roxio better (I'm using rev 2012 by the way). Easier to use, better options, faster for sure. Your mileage may vary.
Here's a link to the current Roxio product:

Either one of these will probably set you back about 100 bucks give or take.
