Is it a requirement to have the "L plate" there? It's not required here in the U.S. I don't even think it's an option unless you are in the student driving car.

@DoobyTheCat Yeah mate, got the Ls then you need to have them on your car, it's fucking ridiculous, it's like having training wheels on your bbmx or something, I've done over 100 hours driving now, and like 3 hours on my own driving, so I could get my Ps right now if I wanted, if I got my L's when I was 16 I'd be on my opens by now :( I guess you learn from your mistakes as a kid
