Trayvon Martin‘s parents don’t accept George Zimmerman’s apology for killing their son, and reject his claim that it was “God’s plan” the way events leading up to his shooting death unfolded.
“I simply really don’t know what god George Zimmerman is worshiping,
because there’s no way that the god that I serve had in his plans for
George Zimmerman to murder my son,” father Tracy Martin said Thursday on
CBS, the morning after Zimmerman’s first televised interview aired on Fox News.
Sybrina Fulton, Martin’s mother, said she didn’t believe Zimmerman when he apologized for shooting her son.
“I have a hard time accepting it because he also said that he doesn’t
regret anything that he did that night, and I don’t think God would
have him in his plan to murder an innocent child,” Fulton said.
Zimmerman, currently out of jail, is charged with second-degree murder in the unarmed Florida teen’s death.

I don't understand why some people still think Martin was this innocent child...I think Zimmerman will be found guilty. Not because he is, but because the rioting that will ensue if he is found innocent will make the L.A. riots look like a friggin picnic. I believe Zimmerman did what he did because he feared for his life.

@Disturbed I don't think Martin was an innocent child. He was a big boy, all grow'd up. It's more about Zimmerman chasing after him, Zimmerman not in any uniform, and he had a gun and Martin did not, and Martin ended up dead when he didn't know who this guy with a gun chasing him in the rain was.
