Obviously the driver had no choice but to stop.He did have a blatently green light though.Thats why the othercars beeped.He should have just kept going,those pedestrians were definitely in the wrong.

Its a similar thing to here in the UK.Pensioners have this annoying habit of walking out into a road with their hand raised out as if they're a traffic cop stopping cars and they swing their shopping bags at you when you blast your horn.
