Sry man, but if you watch the video that bus didn't suddenly come at him/her from out of nowhere. Even as it was beginning to pass the person it was already approaching and then crossing the white line, it wasn't until the very end when the bus driver realized he was going to hit the slower truck that he jerked it over.
and who says the person driving the car was inexperienced?

@EmbarrasedAmerican my driving instructor give me a very good advice once. On a first snow in season you need to go have fun on empty road or big parking lot and do turns, hand brake turn and such. This way you gain understanding how your car behaves in extreme situations. It's really fun and it actually helps in these situations.

The driver in the car created his own demise by speeding up when he knew the bus was trying to overtake. Doesn't mean it's right what the bus driver did... At the end of the day it was something that could've been avoided, but then if it was, we wouldn't have seen it on LL so it's All Good!

In most European countries, it's illegal to overtake to the right on freeways.
Also you have to use the rightmost free lane when possible.

that seems crazy to me.
in germany, the "rechtsfahrgebot" (right side driving law) is essential on the autobahn. without it, nothing would work.
actually it may just be that trucks driving 60mph don't mix well with audis driving 150mph...
