Must be the very reason our esteemed Attorney General of the United States has refused to prosecute the Black Panthers for blocking white voters from the polls in Philadelphia during the '08 presidential election.
That's gotta be it, Holder simply views that as "an offensive publicity stunt" and doesn't take them seriously.
Why else would he not prosecute such blatant voter intimidation?
