good work fecks.
I voted before hitting play because Fecks always delivers. I didn't expect it to be one of my all-time favorites though. Unbelievable footage and good production value. I feel for Joplin. You can't prepare your mind for something like that. 11:18 literally made me shed a tear.
Great video fecks! seriously one of the best tornado videos I've seen...The song was perfect for it too.
Such a horrible disaster
can't blame the reporter for choking up at 9.00 truly devastating when you think about the people who have not only lost loved ones but EVERYTHING their lives have lead to until this day.
@itsalladream thank you fecks.
Take another little piece of my barn now, baby
@TheFirstKingOfCanada Well... Come on, come on, come on, come on thats not funny.
Incredible, powerful, frightening, realistic and moving. My heart and prayers go out to the folks of Joplin who lost so much of their lives, and loved ones.
i love everyone
You never can really understand the true scope of the damage of an F-5 until you see it firsthand. I live 10 minutes south of Joplin and made it up there shortly after if came through. It was unbelievable. As far as houses being built more structurally sound I doubt it would have made much of a difference. For example, almost all the trees in the direct path of the storm were completely stripped of bark. As for our neighbors to the north, they are making great progress and things look better eve More..ryday. Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. Less..
God Bless Everyone involved in this tradgedy.
Well done mate, a fitting tribute to the people and spirit of Joplin, MO!
WOW for two reasons:
1. only 65 replies to this, 66 counting mine. And we have 100's on bullshit stuff on here.
2. I saw a reporter with feelings, so it seems.
GREAT JOB FECKS !!
Great cutting edge video. Brings it home, thanks.
very ominous how that woman was saying "it was only a matter of time"
@Zac Hamilton These things happen a lot in the midwest. Always seem to 'avoid' the major population areas. She's right. It was only a matter of time :(
Flattened, scary as can be to be there.....first rate vid as usual.......coulda done without the moaning at the end though
Great prospective of natures wraith...Thanks again FECKS!...VOTED!
Terrible, my thoughts are with the victims & familys.
Maybe if they would stop building houses out of popsicle sticks and scotch tape, especially in this region, the death toll would be much less for every tornado.
@JACKofAfewTrades Ah!!!! that tornado was an Ef5, and it took the top 2 floors off a hospital, I am purdy sure its safe to say it wasn't shoddy construction.
@Schwiennhund I still think many lives could be saved with better construction. And big building with lots of flat surface area, like a hospital, are going to experience more force exerted on them.
@JACKofAfewTrades I totally agree with you that they need better construction, but the tornado that hit Joplin was a massive tornado and I don't think the best construction in the world could of changed anything, short of building below ground. I personally have been thru 7 tornadoes and they do crazy things its not just the high winds that destroy things its a combination of the winds and the extreme pressure drops. We had a tornado hit my work in 2005 and its insane how much the pressure drop More..s. Less..
Nice video Fecks. I'm sad for those who where affected by this horrible disaster.
Holy shit, that was very intense!
Great job as usual, Fecks my friend. The weekend is nearly upon us and I hope yours is a good one.
@Fecks....and you as well. Cheers, buddy.
