Boy Uses Traffic Cone for Harry Potter Wizard Hat - Cone Gets Stuck on His Head

The look on his face is priceless!

A three-year-old English boy spent three hours with a traffic cone wedged on his head after deciding it would make an excellent Harry Potter wizard hat. Unfortunately it wouldn't come off, even when his mother Louisa and husband Martin tried wiggling it off with soapy water. It took firefighters thirty minutes to cut the traffic cone off three-year-old Charlie Thomas’ head. His mom says he handled it just fine.

“He was very good,” remarked Louisa. “He sat very still. Just let them quietly get on it with it, even though there were lots of people around him.” Charlie was left with bruises to his head and pride after his attempt to mimic his Hogwarts hero. Charlie was back at it later that afternoon, but this time he had a real wizard hat instead of a traffic cone.

"He loves Harry Potter and when he put the cone on he was so pleased with himself, it was very sweet,” said mom with a smile.
