GuoXin Sports Center swimming pool, Qingdao, China, 26 February 2011 - Another WTF video from China; a young woman gets leg cramps and drowns - other swimmers seem to ignore the incident.

According to local regulations, swimming pools should have at least five lifeguards at all times, but at the time of this incident, there was only one lifeguard present, and not in the post.
