My information on this video is a little bit sketchy, but here's what I've gathered;
Four "industrial mountain climbers"(?) fall to their deaths from the 7th floor while performing work on a 38-story administrative complex "Esentai Towers" in Almaty, Kazakhstan on August 1, 2009. The four men we aged 21, 22, 25 and 43. RIP

I think he was filming from inside a car the drops look like they are a lot farther away from the lens (I do optical work and the drops would be a lot bigger if they were on the lens). Should have rolled down his window!
