It is a strange fault. Something in the original fooling the downloader to package it in anaglyph format might be at the root of this.

My understanding from vids I can't show here is that the fire dept. asked bystanders for help moving hoses so they could get more assets on scene.
This is almost unknown. But it happened in this case, they just stepped up to the plate to help out.
Video of this perhaps later, but those folks just helped the fire dept. get more gear in location to help fight these fires.
A lot of good stuff happened this day. A lot.

He deserves a medal of some kind for the bravery of his actions, normally such jobs are left to rescue teams ie Police, Fire, Ambulance etc but it sounds like he played a major role in what happend just seconds after the incident.
I also hope the pilots are safe & sound.
