Try steaming the corn, then dip it in pancake or cornbread batter, then deep fry until batter is golden brown and crispy.

@hotjobz I grew some beautiful summer squash and zucchini this year. Sliced in quarter inch strips lengthwise, cover in olive oil, some salt and pepper, then grill. Excellent.

@Deeki I would go check the label on cooking oils before you listen to people here on what oil is bad and good. I found many people here don't know what they are talking about. Most likely the ones complaining about unhealthy eating, are the ones stuffing there pie holes full of candy and cookies.
