If I remember right, Brits took some pretty heavy losses during that campaign. Shout out to all of them! Europe has come a long way in having both sides taking part in the remembrance. Lets hope they're never put back in the position of having to kill each other again. Cool video!

@weada Unfortunately the Brits did take heavy casualties in Market Garden, enough so that that final push towards Berlin had to be pretty much through the strength of the Riech rather than a shorter approach to the north. Great troopers the paras are thought without a doubt

@downhill2400 My old boss was with the 101st jumping in during D Day, germans shot his ass while parachuting, German doctor saved his ass, became POW for remainder of time during the conflict. Geneva convention states no can shoot at paratroopers which are armed and parachuting, everyone does though

@tat2d Thanks for the history lesson...that I don't think that's what the jump was to commemorate

@Gulf Flyer Im just going by the title. I have no idea except what is said. If it is what the title says. It would be a victory for the Germans, and failure for the Brits.

@tai Mai Shu to tight a stick and deployment it does happen, once chutes diployed, others bouncing off of them. Not a cake walk, thats were the hours of training kick in. Actually landed on top of a bus down at Benning, completely missed the jump field which was pretty hard to do. shit happens
