Rare Public Execution by Gaddafi Regime (Libya) 1999
(July 28th, 1999) Video by Gaddafi regime showing a public hanging, no information on his crime but this video was "allegedly" found during the fall of Sirte. I cannot verify this but i can verify by the flags and civilians it was indeed an execution by the Gaddafi Green Army in 1999 inside Libya.
