Protest at home of French ambassador over Air France shipping animals to laboratories
On the 13th of October, as part of National Primate Liberation Week, DC area animal rights activists showed up at the home of the French Ambassador. The French government owns 20 percent of Air France/KLM, one of the last airlines willing to ship animals to vivisection laboratories like Huntingdon Life Sciences and others. Activists say the KLM in Air France/KLM means "killing little monkeys!"
The Ambassador was caught at home, and two staffers were pursued when they arrived at the Ambassador's residence.
