As an outsider I'm not exposed to the US medias and even though I assume this showed the most eccentric parts of them, it's amusing to see how concerned they appear/pretend to be.

I think it's because all the other countries on that map he showed were either Nuetral or Allies to the United States. And since Iran has threatened to blow Israel off the map, we should keep an eye on them. The propaganda is bad though.
