  • With all these 'Brigades' these fockers are putting together, you would think they would have conquered their enemies and half of the region

Its propaganda, look for all we know this is either recycled material shot months ago or they film these in other countries like Saudi Arabia or Qatar who have Hollywood style sets for propaganda purposes.

The thing is if you isolate the debate to just what is happening currently in Syria and how it really came about, its the so-called rebels or Salafists jihadis who have shit to hide, because while we are presented this as a revolution with people demanding freedom... the reality is far far from that, these Islamists want the freedom to oppress others even worse than Assad.
At least the Syrian government protected the minorities and forced Syria to be a tolerant society, now all of th More..

    • @Orwellian_Society Initally, upon the begining of the conflict, I thought great these people wish to gain freedoms and such. As like with Libya, certainly fooled me. My position has definetely changed. I applaud Assad for hanging in there and not relenquishing. Its a shame that the west does not see this though, for what ever reason or gain. I am not a big fan of the region in general, yet by far these so called freedom fighters are the bigger of the two evils or by far the last group one would More..

Exactly, I think its because big media always provokes emotional reactions from people. They rather pull on emotional strings than report the reality, the only reason for doing such is that they have an agenda and we all know media and Gov can't be trusted.
As for the Jihadis, why our Government keeps supporting these Islamist extremists since the Soviet-Afghan war begets some serious questions.
Its disgusting to see secular Arab countries loose any progress they have achieved due to More..

  • Israel, NATO, and Turkey bear responsibility for every death in Syria - they arm, train, fund, and give crucial media power to an army of terrorists that they think will further their short sighted political aims. If these maniacs take over Syria, you think they are gonna stop? They are gonna make hezbollah look like ned flanders.

  • Before you should make it clear that there are 2 sides to the coin in the Syrian Army, one side being the more secular troops which are also religious minorities and sunni as well, just not as radical as their bearded Islamist fundamentalists brethren which you see in this video.

But all these people are too stupid to see the hand writing on the wall, their best shot if they ever wanted real change in the country, was to never allow the Islamists to come into their country.

Don't worry they'll be dead or incarcerated soon, even if you don't read the future reports or the media doesn't report them like is happening in Libya right now. If those are real Syrian Christians they made the mistake of their lives.
The FSA has enjoyed slaughtering the religious minorities, and its not just the minorities, they just like in Iraq kill the muslims who oppose them.
This is because the the Salafists and Wahabis see other sects including some of their own muslim More..

    • @DEADBEEF False. Prove it. What brigades have been destroyed? Their web pages are all very active and updated daily with new pics and vids of battles and demonstrations. I have been searching for brigades that have been destroyed in combat but I can't find any. They just keep getting larger (mainly from defections from what I have seen but also from foreigners - unfortunately).

So you keep a running list of all the 'brigade' announcements? And then keep tabs on them?

      Bollocks!

The daily FSA reported body count could easily make up half the soldiers here.

The FSA is going down in a screaming heap and is resorting to mass displays for propaganda purposes.

      Yesterday (a quiet day)

Zi Kar battalion of Free Army militia announces the death of its leader and 5 of its members during clashes with Syrian Army units in al-She’eitat area of Deir al-Zour.
