Recently conservative MEP member, Daniel Hannan, was on Hannity's show to discuss Britain's NHS (a.k.a. single-payer healthcare) system. He's flat-out confounded why the country with the best Constitution on earth would be gullible enough to fall for something that's such an abject failure every other place it has been tried/used.
