A DUI in the bathroom!!
A police officer notices my dark window tint after leaving a restaurant that servers alcohol. The officer never pulled me over, nor put on his lights to initiate a traffic stop. I was confronted by the officer as I was using the restroom in a locked "saloon type stall"
to better understand the video please read the police report, then watch the video and read the Judges Ruling. All of these links will be below. PLEASE CONTACT ME WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS!!! Sorry there are several camera angles spliced together and the camera system isn't 30 Frames per second so its somewhat choppy and some replay.

@iwantimmunity And nowhere did I imply that it should, neither in the Great USA nor in the Normal USA.
I did however imply that the protagonist is a complete and utter arsehole for endangering other road users and than bragging about getting away with it, by using his guaranteed rights. And that is the type of behaviour that undermines exactly those rights.

An educational case.
Drinking and driving is stupid and should get you in huge trouble. But officers also need to know their limits.
All they had to do was quietly wait for the guy.
On a related note, if ever I have a business with a public restroom, I will NOT be giving the stall keys to any police officers unless the circumstances are absolutely clearcut.

I will tell you this with all of his lies and the video proof of them he also wouldn't show me the first breathalyzer and then detained me for almost an hour before the second one! I honestly do not believe I was over the limit for the first test thats why he didn't show it. I know he didn't have to show it but most cops do. Thanks for watching and reading the reports!@NotJim

@iwantimmunity no where in minnesota state law says you need to be shown the roadside test. in other states the tests simply say pass or fail, since they are not admissible in court and are only a tool used to determine possible impairment why do you think an officer has to show it to you?

I was curios if you knew they were wrong or did your attourney or the judge put your defense together. It certianly didnt make sense to me until I read the judges order ......twice. Good defense I might add.

I was a previous Law Enforcement student and knew he was wrong from the start. My Criminal Justice professor urged me to seek high profile representation which I did :) Also if you like my defense attorney wait until I upload the court room dialog the officer didn't realize we had the video of the store showing his actions he was pretty shocked!!@Pure_Adrenaline

@iwantimmunity Looking forward to seeing it.
It really is a shame that DUI's and ticket violations are the main funding sources for townships, cities, counties and states. If the states could some how consolidate or collect and disperse the fines from a pool based on a cities need. The financial rewards for violating citizens rights could be removed and they wouldn't occur as often.
