@ewood160 Yes Sir I have spent much time at Arlington. I'm retired Army. There are also roaming soldiers to watch for just this kind of thing.
Especially always during war time.
They would stomp that guy into the ground like a bug. The other thing is all the veterans that visit there daily would not let it happen either.
