I worked in customer support for a phone company before and dealt with all kinds of people. Worst ones are the "well educated" ones that calls in saying our service sucks and they can't make an international phone call blah blah When I explain to them they're dialing wrong or missing digits they'll tell me they're not stupid, they have a masters degree blah blah lol
