  • My LL name, Shashi is taken from a greyhound. The winner of the last legal hare course in the UK.
    Great dogs. I love 'em to bits. Lazier than cats. And I have to agree, they get a raw deal.
    I'd get myself a running dog tomorrow but....
    I would get a lurcher.
    And then I would get arrested as it would certainly be catching my Sunday dinner.
    So I won't be getting one unfortunately.
    My last lurcher lived till 19 years.
    And he was still chasing bunnies in his last week.
