People in Bryansk (Russia) met tonight at the location where Sonia Sivakova was killed by a car on 07-10-11.

The driver of the passat, 20 year old Irina Dobrzhanskaya (picture attached) obtained her licence in late 2010 and it has been reported has had 4 traffic violations on her record. It is also speculated that she is related (family) to the law enforcement agency in some way.

God!! This is so terrible when such a young life is lost. Especially in a country like Russia where there are problems with a shrinking population that needs more babies, this is not just a personal tragedy for the family but also for the whole of Russia.
