Nothing really happened. The furthest guy threw away his RPG (which is foolish) but the RPG that went off was the third one, it just looks as if the furthest one went off because of the point of view.

THE 4TH RPG DIDN'T FIRE. If you look closely, the third guy towards the back was the last one to fire his RPG. When the fourth guy chucked it to the ground, the third one fired, so it looks like the 4th one's RPG went off by itself when it was thrown...

@AttackingMeow Yeah, the 4th didn't fire. That's why I said that it "looks like the 4th one's RPG went off by itself". The third guy firing his at the exact moment the 4th guy drops his makes it look like the 4th one is actually going off, but it's not. The 4th was a total dud, it didn't fire at all, even when it was thrown to the ground.

@KoraX Yeah. Really did the best thing in his situation. Didn't aim it down and scratch his head, or point it at the instructor or his fellows and ask what he should do next. He kept it pointing downrange and tried to get rid of it away from his fellow soldiers. The guy is a freaking hero.
