A stamp collector from Holland went missing 3 weeks ago in North Korea.
He went there to find stamps for his propaganda stamps collection .
Today there was an article about Willem in the The Pyongyang Times.
Willem van der Bijl appears to claim that he has been greatly impressed by the free and democratic elections in the DPRK.
