  • That was fun to watch.
I bet she returned quickly to pick up her next peanut.

    • Thanks Skyhawk

She rarely does this trick.. so it was nice
that my fellow park friend insisted on taping
it for me. She will approach low most of the time.
She can get jumpy too since there's a family of
Cooper's Hawks that nest about 100 meters off my 6.

They have a tendency to take the poorly defended
baby bunnies instead to which I have a video of a
recent kill that I should edit and post.

Keep safe in the air my friend.

    • Squirrils are great fun to watch.
I was at a computer charity even when 2 squirils decided to play outside the exibition centre leaping up at the branches of a weeping willow swinging around and dropping off again when they got dizzy. They were both there for about 20 minutes. Great to watch.

    • I agree... all animals intrigue me, except
humans, they need some work. :)

Sounds like the squirrels you were watching
were perhaps juvenile or family members.

There's a couple in this park that are constantly
calling to each other and then chasing and wrestling.

Weeping Willows are my favorite deciduous tree.

      Thanks for your comment.
